Skeleton Technologies
Position Overview
Marketing Manager (m/f/x)
– Skeleton Technologies is looking for a driven and experienced marketing professional to lead our go‑to‑market strategy in the United States. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and focuses on driving demand generation, brand visibility, and lead acquisition across key customer segments such as transportation OEMs, energy and grid companies, industrial integrators, and mobility players. Responsibilities
Develop and execute Skeleton’s US marketing strategy, including lead generation campaigns, product messaging, and channel selection. Create compelling and technically accurate content tailored to US audiences (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, customer success stories, product brochures). Plan and manage participation in US trade fairs, industry events, and conferences relevant to batteries, energy storage, and electrification. Manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, industry platforms) in close collaboration with digital marketing colleagues in Europe. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to tailor Skeleton’s US positioning and messaging. Collaborate with sales teams to localize pitch decks, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Build relationships with relevant US media, industry analysts, and associations to enhance visibility. Monitor KPIs, report performance, and adapt plans based on results and business priorities. A hustle mentality – you’re resourceful, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience in the energy storage, battery, power electronics, or industrial electrification sectors. Proven success in marketing physical products (not just SaaS or services), ideally in B2B/industrial segments. Solid understanding of US market dynamics, customer expectations, and regulatory or policy trends relevant to clean tech. Strong experience in content creation, storytelling, and translating complex technology into clear business value. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. Ability to manage campaigns from planning to execution, including working with agencies and freelancers. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a scale‑up or growth‑stage tech company. Comfortable in a remote‑first, cross‑functional, and international environment. Benefits
Flexible working hours, mobile working options, and freedom for your own ideas. Flat hierarchy culture with a motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton. Additional day off every year for your birthday. About Skeleton
