The Associate Media Planner, Health Media serves as a client advocate, driven to see our Health and Pharma clients' businesses thrive. You’re creative, analytical, and a reporting guru, with a proven track record of facing problems with confidence, overcoming obstacles with limited time or resources, and maintaining composure under pressure.
As a member of the Health Media team, you will support in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns that exceed client’s objectives and goals, all while absorbing as much media knowledge as possible.
This is an entry-level position where you will learn and expand your knowledge of the health/pharma industry, digital media, and performance marketing space and will offer a continued growth opportunity within Havas Edge.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Aid with the development, coordination, execution, and optimization of performance-based digital media programs to deliver on our client's KPIs and business goals with support of the wider Health Media team
Work closely with media and strategy teams to develop and maintain media plans and review action item deliverables daily
Monitor media investment campaigns and collaborate with team members to optimize reporting, pacing and performance measurements
Assist with client reports to keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on the status of media campaigns and proactively find opportunities to optimize campaigns by diving into analytics and trends
Maintain account files and documentation within internal servers and databases
Maintain client media buy details and prepare media authorizations
Prepare and maintain online creative traffic masters, and gather ad specs to be shared with client and creative agencies
Monitor and maintain reconciliation reports, including running reports to update booking system with current month end activity
Perform regular quality assurance checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted
Support with PowerPoint presentations for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Collect leads from media partners, and organize, scrub, and prepare summaries
Gather market and media research, and compile competitive spend reports
Schedule and coordinate vendor meetings when requested
Assist in sending vendor RFPs and collect/organize completed RFPs
Keep up to date with the evolving digital space and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on campaign strategy and performance.
WHO YOU ARE:
0 – 1 years' experience in the media/advertising space
You are skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to adapt/learn new technologies, tools, and platforms
You can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completion
You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
You are proactive in identifying issues and troubleshooting solutions before they escal
