Role Overview Senior, strategic creative leader
Head of Global Marketing
charged with defining, elevating, and amplifying brand. Leads Marketing including Creative Services, Press & Celebrity, Events & Partnerships, and Social.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Shape brand positioning and expression across channels.
Translate identity into cultural resonance.
Monitor trends, cultural shifts, competitor activity.
Guard the Staud voice.
Creative Services
Lead team, including content production, graphic design, styling, and copywriting.
Oversee development of all creative assets—campaigns, digital, social, video, mailers, product presentation.
Partner with internal teams to maintain alignment.
PR & Celebrity
Lead PR strategy, manage agency relationships.
Oversee celebrity engagement, dressing, participation.
Maintain relationships with high‑profile individuals.
Events & Partnerships
Oversee planning and management of high‑profile brand events and collaborations.
Primary liaison with internal teams to ensure product/brand stories realized.
Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, venues.
Social Media & Influencers
Guide social strategy, content planning, influencer collaborations.
Ensure content reinforces brand narrative and supports campaign objectives.
Manage, mentor, and inspire high‑performing team.
Set clear objectives, provide feedback, support growth.
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to maintain alignment and quality.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills & Education
10+ years experience across brand, marketing, PR, social and creative services within fashion/luxury/beauty/lifestyle.
5+ years managing senior teams responsible for creative, brand or marketing operations.
Strong leadership skills, effective processes, inspiring high‑performing teams.
Deep understanding of fashion/lifestyle culture; translate trends into brand expression.
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills across teams and external partners.
Exceptional communication skills, written and visual; strong creative judgment.
Strategic mindset with operational acumen; flawless delivery of campaigns, events, collaborations.
Self‑driven, adaptable, thriving in fast‑paced, evolving environment.
