Direct Marketing Associate – Boise, ID Renewal by Andersen is looking for a driven and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer experience in upgrading homes. This entry‑level role canvasses local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about Andersen Windows and Doors, generate highly qualified leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, and record accurate data regarding prospective customers.

Schedule and Benefits

Full‑time, 32–35 hours weekly (Tue – Fri 1 pm–8 pm and Sat 9 am–4 pm)

Hourly base pay of

$20 hr

with uncapped bonus and commission opportunities

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record per company standards

Reliable mode of transportation

Highly organized with proven ability to set and achieve daily goals

Eagerness to learn and receive coaching, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors, able to stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lb
