This position is within the Optum Social creative team and reports directly to the Optum Social Associate Creative Director. The ideal candidate is a senior design professional who is driven by a combination of developing and applying creative solutions across a range of social platforms within a collaborative, fast‑turn environment. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret strategic objectives, apply creative strategy, and produce compelling social creative that aligns with business goals. As an individual contributor, they are responsible for developing engaging social creative that inspires and drives audiences to engage with the Optum brand. This position is full time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This will be paid on‑the‑job training and the hours during training will be during normal business hours. Primary Responsibilities

Develop social creative content that aligns to business objectives and the Optum brand. Apply deep understanding of social platforms, visual systems, and design thinking across all channels. Serve as lead designer on assigned projects under the direction of the Optum Social Associate Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead. Own multiple projects while simultaneously maintaining design quality. Possess knowledge of the businesses, clients and partners they support. Monitor and implement evolving social platform creative best practices. Embrace stakeholder input and successfully drive effective resolution. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED. Must be 18 years of age OR older. 2+ years of design experience in a corporate OR agency setting. Portfolio of social creative (B2B & B2C) that showcases a variety of work across platforms. In depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC applications and other social media design tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN, 55344. Ability to travel locally up to 10% of the time (Domestic) per business needs. Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday. Telecommuting Requirements

Reside within commutable distance to the office at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN, 55344. Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable). Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high‑speed internet connection or leverage an existing high‑speed internet service. Soft Skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 – $127,200 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
