Job Summary The Associate Manager, Global Integrated Communications works closely with the Sr. Manager, Global Communications to communicate Drunk Elephant’s unique skin philosophy within the Creator, Consumer and Press communities. This role is an integral member of the Global Communications team, providing strong support to international markets and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Brand Communications:

Support global brand 360 integrated communications strategy development; oversee founder calendar and requests, including in‑market visits, personal appearances, interviews; liaise with external agencies to mitigate risk and ensure brand codes; support regionally relevant partnerships with Global Business Development, Marketing and Social Digital teams.

Activations, Experiences & Events:

Support execution of global/regional experiences; liaise with regional teams and global creative to execute local market events, ensuring brand guidelines are respected; initiate competitive analysis of events and activations; forecast and manage product inventory for key activations led by global brand holders.

Creator & Media Relations:

Manage special packaging to support organic seeding for A+ launches; partner with regional teams to create a seeding calendar; oversee seeding forecast to ensure community expansion YoY; develop dynamic creator briefs for A+ launches.

Budget & Reporting:

Lead billback and cost approval process with regional teams and creative operations; coordinate and oversee monthly reporting from regional teams; create award tracker for global beauty award wins; help establish KPIs for new product and market launches.

Administration:

Maintain and update databases, contact lists and interview requests; administer market call agendas and coordinate conference calls; forecast for launches, events and global programming; coordinate product orders and maintain international product closet.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3+ years of global communications experience – internal or agency.

Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Ability to develop and manage plans and budgets.

Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

High level of creativity, excellent writing and presentation skills.

Team player with advanced organization skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of international/global influencers and digital landscape.

Proficiency with measurement and analytic tools such as Launchmetrics, Tribe Dynamics, Creator IQ and Wearisma to track performance and optimize campaign strategies.
