Overview Join a high-performing team within a fintech environment at a leading global bank. As a Marketing Execution Lead, you’ll help support the execution of global multi-channel marketing campaigns, support content-driven and sales initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver compelling, on-brand marketing materials that drive engagement and ultimately revenue.

This execution-focused role reports directly to the Global Head of Marketing and is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-savvy junior marketer who understands both traditional marketing and modern digital campaign execution. You’ll support content distribution, campaign rollouts, asset production, and sales enablement initiatives across regions and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Citi Velocity is a web-based platform, delivering Citi Research, Market Commentary, proprietary models, data and analytical tools for the Citi Sales & Trading business. Citi Velocity has been ranked #1 in Web-Based Analytics by buy-side clients in the last six annual Institutional Investor surveys.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Campaign Execution

Support the overall marketing strategy and goals by executing global email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, template design, copywriting, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.

Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring alignment with product releases, thought leadership, and event schedules.

Creative Design & Branding

Create or update visual assets (e.g., email banners, infographics, ads, brochures, slides) using Adobe Creative Suite.

Uphold brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to campaign-specific needs.

Content Marketing Campaign Support

Drafting, editing, formatting, and publishing campaigns across platforms (i.e., email marketing, display/web assets, video graphics/thumbnails).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with key product and messaging priorities.

Sales Enablement & Asset Development

Support the sales team with tailored collateral such as product one-pagers, infographics, product user guides, and FAQs.

Maintain and update a centralized repository of sales and marketing materials, ensuring all assets are on-brand and current.

Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously optimize content relevance and presentation.

Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Collaboration

Ensure messaging is relevant and compliant across different jurisdictions and cultural contexts to a geographically diverse user base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in corporate, financial services, fintech, or B2B technology/content.

Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of both traditional marketing best practices (print collateral, sales materials, events) and digital marketing (email, social, web).

Design: Impeccable attention to detail. Strong knowledge of modern creative design principles with ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines. Proficient with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Writing & Editing: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for professional, engaging communications.

Tech & Productivity: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Project Management: Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight and moving deadlines.

Global Communication: Experience working with or coordinating across regions. Comfortable adapting tone and content for different markets and internal vs. external users.

Team Player: Positive attitude and collaborative approach. Comfortable taking direction, asking questions, and proactively contributing ideas. Ability to proactively anticipate needs.

Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience creating marketing and sales materials for capital markets or fintech platforms.

Prior support of sales enablement or go-to-market campaigns.

Exposure to CRM systems.

Familiarity with compliance guidelines and marketing in a regulated environment.

Salary Range:

$98,960.00 – $148,440.00
