Base Pay Range
$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Position Summary Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates. Implement business plans, manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads to achieve facility goals such as production quality and safety. Monitor and manage productivity, review business reports, and ensure compliance with logistics and company policies. Identify and resolve associate and customer concerns, supervise and coach associates and leaders, build high-performing teams, foster belonging, attract and retain top talent, and act with integrity to support Walmart’s regenerative mission.
Responsibilities
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates.
Implement business plans, manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads to achieve facility goals.
Monitor and manage productivity, review business reports, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise and develop associates, assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and provide coaching and evaluation.
Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create a workplace of belonging, and recognize contributions.
Attract, retain, and develop talent, maintain integrity, and support Walmart’s mission and regenerative company goals.
Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager. Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics.
