We are looking for a

Senior Marketing Strategy Specialist

to develop and execute marketing campaign tactics for Ferguson’s own brands James Martin Vanities and Minka Lighting. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with brand and creative teams, manage multiple digital channels, and deliver data‑driven insights to drive traffic and sales.

Location:

Hybrid role based in one of Ferguson’s offices – Newport News, VA; South Bend, IN; or Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop digital media strategies for social media, SEO, and the website that align with integrated media and paid media plans.

Support daily operations of paid search, paid social, website, and other paid channels, working closely with external partners and ensuring budgets are managed to achieve profitable return on ad spend.

Create regular reporting to Marketing Leadership, showing results against benchmarks and providing actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Present findings to key internal leadership in a clear and informative way.

Address complex problems/projects requiring in‑depth evaluation of cross‑channel collaboration.

Collaborate with Marketing Leadership and Creative to brief assets needed for annual, seasonal, and event planning.

Partner with internal teams to develop integrated campaign briefs and templates to enable marketing campaigns and tactics.

Manage relationships with agency partners.

Qualifications

4–6 years of related marketing experience.

Previous experience as the main point of contact for external agencies.

Positive, dependable, resourceful, and driven attitude.

Proven experience delivering digital and social media strategies for a growing brand.

Passion for digital media and a desire to stay current with trends and guidelines.

Strong knowledge of SEO and digital channel trends.

Proven ability to create and interpret reports assessing campaign delivery against critical metrics and uncover opportunities to improve performance.

Expertise in digital channels and how they align with funnel stages.

Strong point of view and understanding of business objectives.

Pay Range $5,125.00 – $8,200.00 (Monthly for salaried roles)

Additional Information This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
