What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Marketing & E-commerce Supervisor who will play a key role in driving the North American launch and growth of our new sleep product line of Navien Mate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, consumer product launches, and market research. This role will focus on building brand awareness, driving online sales, and developing partnerships that accelerate growth in the North American market. The successful candidate is a self-starter with proven track record of utilizing independent judgment and discretion, as well as passionate about shaping a new category in the sleep tech industry.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, influencer collaborations)
Make e-commerce business strategy recommendations and follow through by leading and executing the sales strategy across Amazon, Shopify, and direct-to-consumer platforms
Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to support employee’s continued development and enrichment; perform evaluations and periodic reviews, approve timecards, etc.
Create and localize visual and written content including product pages, ad creatives, videos, and social posts
Conduct competitive and market research to track industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies; provide actionable insights to guide business decisions
Lead outreach, onboarding, and solely manage the expansion of affiliate, influencer, and partnership programs with wellness, hospitality, and healthcare organizations
Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate) to improve efficiency and ROI)
Collaborate cross-functionally with the U.S. team and Korea HQ to align marketing and sales initiatives
Support product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events
Track competitor activity and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities
Solves complex problems and delivers solutions where past precedent may not exist
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer technology
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and paid media management
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills tailored to North American consumers
Proven track record in managing data-driven campaigns and working with analytics tools
Experience managing agencies or vendors for creative production
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product positioning and strategy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Prior work experience with similar sleep tech/loT/wellness companies
Experience in growth marketing, influencer management, or partnerships
Familiarity with market research methodologies and reporting

Pay Scale: $95k - $100K (DOE) annually + eligible for an annual bonus
