Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Executive Vice President (EVP)
Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Sales oversees sales and revenue initiatives across an assigned portfolio of hotels within Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, representing leading brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. This role focuses on driving top-line performance, expanding market share, and ensuring sales execution aligns with company and ownership goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Lead and support property-level sales teams to achieve performance goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, brand partners, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities across group, corporate, and leisure segments.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years plus of multi-property sales leadership, and strong experience with major hotel brands.
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Expertise in revenue management, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
