CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Experience:
5+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or related roles. Proven experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
Job Description As a Senior CRM Manager, you will develop and execute advanced CRM and marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with the central CRM team and commercial stakeholders to ensure seamless, data‑driven customer journeys and effective communication across all CRM channels.
Responsibilities
Design, execute, and manage marketing automation initiatives that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Oversee all CRM communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Create, test, and continuously optimize automated workflows to enhance customer journeys, personalize experiences, and streamline CRM processes.
Track, analyze, and report on CRM and campaign KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Develop, implement, and test data models, new CRM features, and tools to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and overall relationship management.
Leverage data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends, informing CRM and marketing strategies.
Work closely with commercial and sales teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies, support lead generation, and drive revenue growth.
Ensure CRM platforms are up-to-date, fully functional, and optimized. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption.
Position Requirements
B2C experience.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling and customer segmentation.
Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable CRM strategies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in cross‑functional teams and matrix organizations.
