Pre-Arrival In-House Marketing Coordinator – Join Marriott Vacation Club Grand Chateau in Las Vegas.
Job Overview We are looking for a Coordinator in our Sales & Marketing team to assist in creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities
Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
