UAHXI3-Business Process Analyst Level 3 - Business Process Analysis Client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the Fulfillment Process and Performance team based in Renton and supporting sites across the Puget Sound.

Successful candidates will join a team implementing a new Warehousing Management System (Manhattan WMS), with integrations to internal systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS), across BCA Assembly and Installation warehouses. Other responsibilities include partnering with Warehouse Operations, IT and business teams to manage functionality improvements and change requests, develop funding requests, benchmarking, business case analysis, and hardware technology assessments.

Primary Responsibilities

Form and effectively lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.

Develop a thorough understanding of Manhattan WMS functionality and its relationship/integration with host systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS) to provide pre and post implementation support including system configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality rollouts and system audits.

Present analysis to senior managers and executive leadership team.

Provide solutions to complex business scenarios within the WMS space.

Develop and implement standards and roadmaps for new processes and systems.

Lead cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques.

Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.

Effectively contract with customer and/or charter project, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, while building trust and strong relationship with end users.

Ensure accurate deliverables and maintain results and communicate to all participants.

Participate in the training of the site trainers on the use and maintenance of the Manhattan WMS system while also assisting in the development of standard operating procedures.

Benchmark or assist in benchmarking best practices and industry standards; present best practices at internal events.

Facilitate development of the business case and prepare work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysis.

Communicate with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status.

Work under minimal direction.

Level 3 – 3 to 5 years of experience.

Level 4 – 6 to 8 years of experience.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in Warehouse Management Systems background.

Experience with implementing Warehouse Management Systems or similar software solutions, preferred Manhattan platform.

Experience supporting applications/data warehouses in production environment.

Experience with business intelligence or data warehousing development.

Demonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leadership.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Team would love to see candidates who have experience implementing Manhattan from a business/ operational sense. They are not looking for candidates who are looking to design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems.

Boeing experience is a plus.

December – 12/5/25 (2 level 3’s)

January – 1/2/26 (5 level 3’s, 2 level 4’s)

February – 2/6/26 (2 level 4’s)

August – 8/7/26 (2 level 4’s, 2 level 2’s – level 2's are not released yet)

Shifts: Variable shifts – 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on business need.

Location: 100% onsite, must support both Everett, WA and Renton, WA outside of training.
