Product Manager, HCP Marketing – Migraine (Symbravo), Axsome Therapeutics
Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing breakthrough therapies for central nervous system conditions, including migraine. The Product Manager, HCP Marketing will lead the market‑focused strategy and execution for Symbravo, a new acute‑migraine therapy.

About the Role The Product Manager will develop and execute HCP marketing strategy and tactical plans for Symbravo, collaborating across Sales, Market Access, Data & Analytics, Medical Affairs, and other internal and external partners. The role includes assessment of market opportunities, creation of integrated brand plans, and measurement of marketing ROI.
Responsibilities
Contribute to development of Symbravo marketing plans and champion the plan with internal and external partners.
Lead portions of the integrated brand plan, develop and execute tactical programs focused on HCP audiences.
Identify key metrics & ROI, develop comprehensive reporting to evaluate effectiveness of tactical efforts.
Effectively manage agency partners and oversee logistics of promotional materials.
Lead reviews of promotional materials with Regulatory/Legal/Medical teams.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, market access, market research, medical affairs, medical operations, data & analytics, finance, and other stakeholders.
Identify strategic market opportunities and recommend actions to enhance brand penetration.
Develop mid‑ to long‑range plans for future indications.
Manage timelines and budgets in accordance with the brand plan.
Requirements / Qualifications
BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience successfully executing HCP‑focused campaigns.
Migraine experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; full‑remote not considered.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Demonstrated proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial approach.
Experience in CNS disease and/or launch environments strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
Experience developing, implementing, and executing successful multichannel campaigns.
Strong project and process management skills, including agency and budget management.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Salary & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $155,000 per year. Axsome offers a competitive benefit package that includes an annual bonus, significant equity, and a generous benefits plan.
