What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide sales support for NFP Banking Practice by modeling BOLI proposals and evaluating benefit plans
Collaborate with team members and client relationship managers to ensure plan accuracy and compliance
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in finalizing proposals and documentation
Contribute positively to team dynamics and support knowledge sharing among team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (preferably Accounting or Finance) or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with BOLI or nonqualified benefit plans
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications, particularly Excel or Power BI
Life insurance license required at hire or within a designated time after hire
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in banking or with financial institutions
Demonstrated project and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce CRM
