Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
About Us Suger is a revenue platform that helps our customers grow on the fastest-growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach that connects our customers’ existing systems (CRM, metering, ERP, etc.) with the cloud marketplaces. In just 1.5 years, we’ve contracted with close to 150 customers, ranging from early-stage startups to public companies.
We’re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
to define and own how Suger shows up in the market. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and growth — translating Suger's capabilities into clear messaging, positioning, and programs that drive pipeline. You’ll shape the story that defines Suger’s category leadership in Cloud GTM, create compelling content that resonates across buyer personas, and equip our sales team with the insights and tools to win.

What You'll Do
Inbound Traffic Growth — Develop a unified search strategy across traditional and AI-driven discovery layers to increase organic sessions and secure top-10 rankings for core topic clusters (AWS Marketplace co-sell, Azure IP co-sell, Private Offers). Launch an editorial calendar and maintain a consistent content refresh cadence.
Conversion Rate Optimization — Build and optimize visitor-to-lead flows with CTAs, forms, and HubSpot workflows. Map content to each funnel stage (awareness → evaluation → demo) and refine landing pages and capture points to lift demo conversion rates.
Authority & AI Visibility — Implement AEO and LLMO strategies to ensure Suger appears in AI Overviews and LLM citations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot). Publish original data and partner case studies to gain backlinks and establish domain authority.
Operational Process Design — Create a repeatable inbound content lifecycle (research → production → publication → optimization → promotion). Build cross-functional workflows across Growth, SDR, and AE teams to efficiently activate and convert inbound leads.
Measurement & Reporting — Own the inbound growth dashboard (HubSpot + GA4) and track leading/lagging metrics such as impressions, AI citations, demo requests, and content-sourced pipeline. Set quarterly targets and performance refresh cycles to maintain growth momentum.
What You'll Need
4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or product marketing (preferably for technical audiences)
Deep knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/LLMO practices
Proven ability to translate keyword data and user intent into content and conversion systems
Experience building or owning a content engine that sources measurable pipeline
Analytical mindset, strong command of GA4, HubSpot, and/or Looker/Superset dashboards
Bonus: experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) or partner-led GTM
