About the Role
Avicena is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Analog Design Manager to lead the development of high-performance, low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits for our next-generation optical interconnect solutions. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver innovative silicon solutions that power the future of data communication. Qualifications
Master or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. 10 years experience in analog circuit design from specs to architecture, design, bench testing and all the way to high volume production. Deep understanding of analog, mixed-signal and RF circuit design in deep submicron CMOS technology. Good working experience with advanced analog design platforms. Experience with high speed SERDES. Highly desirable to have experience designing optical transceiver components such as TIA and laser drivers. Job Requirements
Very comfortable with Cadence design tools. Can supervise layout designers and backend verification. Good knowledge of analog and mixed signal verification methodologies. Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout.
