Key Lead — in-store leadership role focused on delivering a quality customer experience on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales outcomes. What You’ll Do
Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule will vary weekly with at least 12-16 hours per week, required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, and increased hours during peak periods Qualifications
What it Takes Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required Customer Focus Communication Interpersonal Interaction Fashion Trend Knowledge Outgoing, Assertive, Adaptable/Flexible Stress Tolerance, Poise & Ambition Multi-Tasking, Applied Learning, Work Ethic Omni Channel Services Additional Information
