About the Role —

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships that align with regional business objectives. You will work closely with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that generate leads, improve customer retention, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Own planning and execution across key industry events, sponsorships, and field marketing initiatives.

Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Lead the planning and execution of customer conferences, seminars, and digital events, including webinars and virtual summits.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing programs with sales objectives.

Close collaboration/alignment with all central marketing functions.

Work with partners to expand market coverage and co-marketing efforts.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, creative agencies, and event partners.

Create and oversee the production of marketing assets, event materials, and promotional merchandise while ensuring brand compliance.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, gathering insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.

Drive thought leadership and awareness strategies among key industry analysts and influencers.

Research and recommend new marketing tactics to improve campaign performance and business impact.



Development and execution of field marketing initiatives in alignment with the regional strategy.

Achievement of marketing goals, including pipeline generation and brand awareness targets.

Data-driven insights and reporting on campaign performance, with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Quarterly reports summarizing key learnings, audience insights, and performance metrics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or pipeline marketing.

Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale events (100+ attendees) and managing multiple marketing programs.

Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business outcomes.

Experience in cloud technology, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

This role is based in

New York City

and requires occasional travel for events and conferences.
