$50–55/hr (W2) About the Role We are seeking a

Service Designer

to join our team and help transform customer and internal service experiences. This role will focus on mapping the end-to-end customer journey, identifying engagement gaps, and developing blueprints and strategies that drive both customer-facing and operational improvements. The Service Designer will be instrumental in shaping current and future-state service models, working across teams to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities Lead

research and discovery

to uncover customer pain points and opportunities across the sales and service lifecycle. Develop

service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams

to clarify complex relationships across people, processes, and platforms. Translate research insights into actionable strategies and recommendations that improve customer engagement and service delivery. Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to align on service vision and execution. Facilitate

workshops, ideation sessions, and prototyping exercises

to drive innovation and build stakeholder alignment. Deliver

compelling executive-level presentations

that communicate service direction and influence decision-making. Support both

customer-facing experience design

and

internal operational improvements

as needed. Contribute to frameworks for

competitive research and market analysis

to inform business investments. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in

Service Design, Experience Design, or Strategy . Proven experience delivering

service blueprints, journey maps, and customer lifecycle strategies . Strong background in both

customer-facing experiences

and

internal/operational process design . Skilled in

generative and evaluative research

with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations. Excellent

stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication

skills, with proven ability to present to executive audiences. Comfortable working in

fast-paced, cross-functional environments ; adaptable in approach based on business needs. Background in

retail, e-commerce, or consulting

strongly preferred. Familiarity with

design systems, prototyping, and research tools

(e.g., Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Adobe Suite). Why Join Opportunity to shape both the
