Develop compelling sketches and 3D-rendered product concepts that blend culture, consumer insights, brand strategy, and visual design language. Collaborate with Engineering, CMF, Product Development, and Product Management to translate portfolio strategies into category-leading products. Document workflow using digital whiteboards and presentations to communicate design thinking and intent. Contribute to design reviews, strategic decisions, and project planning alongside design and engineering peers. Conduct research on consumers, trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to inform and inspire new product development. Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the design team and across the company. Who You Are
A designer with 3–5+ years of Industrial Design experience and/or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design. Skilled in 3D CAD, rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong sketching, conceptualization, and storytelling abilities. Experience working with engineers and manufacturers; global factory experience is a plus. Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, metal forming, CMF techniques, and design for manufacturability. Passionate about food and beverage culture, attuned to trends, and eager to develop functional yet sophisticated solutions. Curious, collaborative, and adaptable—able to balance innovation, quality, and sustainability while delivering on time. Enthusiastic about exploring emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to advance design craft.
