In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring every order is handled with care and compassion.
Design Requirements
Mastery of Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
A degree or certificate in the graphic design field from an accredited institution
Willingness to learn and try new things
Works well with others especially in a team setting
Customer Service Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills
A calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous customer service experience is a plus
This job requires an on-site presence at our office.

Pay: From $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
