Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred. People-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to relate effectively to customers. Property and Casualty license (must have currently). Life and Health license (must have currently). Position may require irregular working hours.
