and help us build visibility, nurture leads, and close high-value painting projects — all while earning competitive hourly pay,
bonuses , and
commission-based incentives . What You'll Do Field Marketing & Lead Generation Identify active and upcoming job sites for hyper-local marketing Place yard signs, distribute door hangers, and execute neighborhood outreach Knock doors and engage with homeowners around job sites Track campaign effectiveness in a provided spreadsheet Past Client & Referral Outreach Call, text, and email past clients to check in and offer services Ask for referrals and re-engage happy customers for new projects Reactivate older leads and schedule new estimate appointments Strategic Partner Development Research and initiate contact with local realtors, property managers, designers, and other trade professionals Set up in-person or virtual meetings between business owner and potential partners Maintain a partner database and follow-up system Estimating & Sales Support Use our proprietary estimating software to deliver accurate, professional quotes Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners or commercial clients Present and explain estimates, answer questions, and follow up to close deals Earn commission for each project sold
— your success is rewarded What We’re Looking For The right candidate is: Personable, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through Tech-savvy enough to use estimating software and manage outreach Sales-minded but customer-first — you listen before you pitch Flexible and reliable with the ability to manage your own schedule Preferred Experience: In-home sales, field marketing, real estate, or customer-facing roles Knowledge of home services, painting, or construction is a plus (not required) Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean, professional appearance What We Offer Starting at $20 per hour
