Mantak Chia’s YouTube channel currently has 250,000 subscribers, but we’re aiming to grow it to 1 million. We are looking for a dedicated team member to focus exclusively on developing and managing the channel, creating high-quality content, and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing briefs for video production to ensure engaging, targeted content Editing and assembling video content for the channel Publishing videos with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum reach Creating briefs for video thumbnails and banners Analyzing channel performance and implementing strategies to increase subscribers and engagement Skills and Experience We Value:
Practical experience in video editing and YouTube channel growth Proven track record of working with YouTube channels of 100,000+ subscribers Strong video editing skills and proficiency with video editing software Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO for video content, and audience engagement strategies A passion for learning more about Taoist teachings and sharing this knowledge with a wider audience What You’ll Gain:
