Motion Graphic Designer job at Tampa Bay Rays. Saint Petersburg, FL. The Tampa Bay Rays are seeking a motion graphic designer with experience in motion graphics and video production to join the Creative Team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Creative and will also work with the Game Presentation team to create and maintain content.
Responsibilities
Work with Director of Creative to produce and edit highlight/pump-up/motivational videos for Game Presentation
Work with Director of Creative to develop animations and motion graphics for Game Presentation as well as for TV Broadcast, Social Media, and Marketing Initiatives
Proficient in Abode After Effects, Photoshop, & Premiere
Experience with Cinema 4d, Illustrator, & Ross Xpression, is a plus
This is a gameday centered role - ability to work extended hours and have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to keep up with current Rays roster and be able to adjust content accordingly
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree education in a related field required
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
Live production experience is preferred but not required
Previous experience working in sports, is a plus
Portfolio or reel of relevant work is required
