$64,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr About Us: Linden Creek the Studio is a fast growing interior design firm rooted in timeless, elevated design with a refined, approachable edge. Through our interior design Studio, retail Shoppe, and expanding franchise network, we bring thoughtful, cohesive interiors to life across the country. As we continue to grow the Linden Creek brand nationwide, we are looking for talented, motivated professionals to help us maintain our design standards while delivering exceptional service. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating cohesive, brand-aligned interior design packages for franchise locations across the U.S. As the primary creative resource for franchise design execution, you will ensure consistency in aesthetics, function, and brand values while balancing efficiency, responsiveness, and quality. You will work closely with the Director of Interior Design and the Interior Design Operations Manager , following defined brand standards and product guidelines, including the use of selections from the Linden Creek Shoppe and other approved vendors as needed. Key Responsibilities: ·
Franchise Design Execution: oDevelop complete design packages for franchise locations that reflect Linden Creek’s brand identity. oMake product and material selections primarily from the Linden Creek Shoppe; incorporate additional approved vendors as necessary. oEnsure all design packages are tailored to the specific franchise layout, location, and market while maintaining brand cohesion. oDeliver detailed design documentation including floorplans, mood boards, and specification sheets. oMaintain a high level of accuracy and completeness in all documentation for franchisee use. oWork collaboratively with internal teams and franchisees to clarify design needs, timelines, and expectations. oRespond quickly and professionally to questions from franchise owners and team members. oCoordinate with procurement and operations to ensure design deliverables align with available inventory and vendor timelines. ·
Brand Stewardship: oUphold the Linden Creek aesthetic and design standards across all franchise projects. oMaintain brand consistency in furnishings, finishes, and spatial planning. oContribute ideas for continuous improvement of franchise design processes and resources. Qualifications: o5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a residential setting, with furnishings and builder selections. oExperience with franchise design or rollouts is highly desirable. oStrong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create functional, visually cohesive design solutions. oExcellent time management and project organization skills; able to manage multiple deadlines at once. oClear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. oAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. oExceptional attention to detail. ·
