Position Overview
The Social Media Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. This role will focus on content creation, community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to improve social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with marketing goals. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to audience engagement and comments in a timely manner. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Assist in managing social media campaigns from concept to execution. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to improve outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation for an entertainment brand Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics. Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with SEO best practices and graphic design tools. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform strategies. Experience in community engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
