Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with New and Current customers through needs based conversations to identify products and services to fill gaps in coverage and meet customer needs Market State Farm Insurance Products by developing personal lead sources, attending marketing events and gaining customer referrals Keep track of Personal and Team goals and work to reach them

Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail-oriented Proactive in problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Salesforce experience is a plus! Ability to work in a team environment Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
