In the role of a Coordinator on the Events & Engagement Team, the employee will be responsible for the following: Help with logistical planning for global firm events, with a focus on New York office events Event coordination including but not limited to catering, venue sourcing, audiovisual requirements, travel arrangements, producing presentation materials Develop and design our event websites and onsite materials Calendar organization and management Produce event graphics and continue to grow and push the visual aesthetics of our materials Maintain and update team planning/tracking documents QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
In order to effectively represent the company and team, the employee must be someone who has: Strong organizational and time management skills High standard of professionalism in all dealings with internal staff and any external partners High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker, team player, working in a collaborative environment Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to juggle multiple tasks when necessary Ability to work independently and excel in a high intensity environment EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience Event management or coordinator background preferred Experience working in financial services or investment management is a plus With respect to NY and CA based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
