This is a full-time role, working across all design and support disciplines, under the direction of the Vice President of Business Development. Creativity, organizational ability and computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to set priorities according to assignment deadlines, and works quickly, yet accurately, with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position – minimum two to three years in the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry required. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Preparation, design and coordination of RFQ/RFP responses. Create, organize and update marketing/business development materials. Write and/or edit standard and technical text for consistency and accuracy. Accountable for final quality check/proofreading for all responses and material. Maintenance of website, including design and updating content. Generate company news and information for social media posts and email blasts. Design and layout of sales presentations using PowerPoint or other. Ongoing organization of marketing files and lists, and maintaining various databases. Conduct research and provide support to help sustain and elevate the firm’s business development. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by firm leadership. Qualifications Exceptionally organized, creative, detail-oriented and a team player with a positive attitude. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field. Experience with Excel, Word, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint required. Possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills. Similar position experience in a related field (architecture/engineering/construction). Seniority level:
