Designs and produces packaging/labeling for all new and existing products. Conceptualizes multilingual packaging symbols, colors, and graphics to create original, visually appealing, and competitive images. Documents graphic design content requirements and production processes. Creates, updates, and maintains labeling formats compliant with domestic and international regulatory requirements, Health Industry Barcode Communications Council standards, and company quality standards. Populates product databases for new and existing products. Core Job Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures. Design artwork for product labeling using departmental graphics software based on input from Regulatory, Marketing, Engineering, and other departments. Recommend and contribute ideas for packaging and labeling strategies based on historical data and material characteristics. Procure foreign language translations by forwarding English text to translation agencies. Produce artwork packages for procurement, compiling all necessary materials for production and inspection. Provide sample labels for filing submissions by printing requested labels. Prepare Change Orders (COs) and specifications for approval, including writing EO and specifications for EO originator approval. Verify COs are correctly completed before submission to Document Control, ensuring all pertinent information is included. Stay updated on technological advances by attending classes and trade shows and reading trade journals. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience / Training: Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting 510(k), Class I, II, and III medical devices. Requires at least 4 years of experience in a quality or operational role. Qualifications

Attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Customer focus and ability to influence internal and external groups. Experience with word processing, databases/spreadsheets, and graphics programs. Proofreading and labeling development experience is a plus. Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent related experience. Additional Information
