Digital Marketing Coordinator

Vital Design In-office position located in Portsmouth, NH (candidates should live within 30 minutes of the office). Vital Design is seeking an organized and energetic Coordinator to support daily marketing activities that fuel client strategies. As a Coordinator, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Production Team, working with specialists, account managers and strategists to complete projects that help clients meet their goals. Roles include Coordinator, Senior Coordinator and Lead Coordinator, with at least 2 years of company or agency experience for these roles. Key responsibilities include: Distributing blog posts Learning and using automated marketing systems (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) Executing email marketing and lead nurture campaigns Tracking client website performance Increasing external links to client websites Website page and post content population Page building using the WordPress block editor Website QA Working with account managers, specialists, and strategists to design and execute strategies that ensure project success, from execution to reporting Responsibilities: Work with account managers, specialists, strategists and other coordinators to execute and report on client projects and digital strategies Stay up to date on evolving tech stack and apply it to daily workload Technical Skills & Experience: Experience with, or ability to learn rapidly, marketing and creative services software systems (examples include Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, MailChimp, Gather Content, JIRA) Familiarity with additional tools used daily Personal Skills & Abilities: Excellent time management and communication skills (in person and digitally) Exceptional attention to detail Organized and able to multi-task Willingness to learn and contribute to Vital’s processes, projects and strategies Ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities Process-focused with the ability to manage multiple complex projects Team player who collaborates with a creative team An ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic digital marketing and website-building terms and strategies, including: SEO Link building Social media marketing CRO KPI Additional qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfort with WordPress Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides Working knowledge of Google Analytics with the ability to identify trends Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor) and how they function Familiarity with other inbound marketing tools (Moz, HotJar, SEMrush, Sprout Social, Zapier, CallRail, MailChimp) Experience with quality testing websites and documenting issues Familiarity with JIRA and Gather Content is a plus Examples of Coordinator Responsibilities: Report on client monthly progress using Google Analytics, HubSpot and client-specific tools Develop relationships with editors to drive link-building strategy Work within email marketing software (MailChimp and HubSpot) to draft emails, create segments and set up lead nurture workflows Build pages in WordPress and publish blog posts Populate client websites with provided copy and images Test client websites for design and functionality Share posts on social media How to apply: include a cover letter that explains why you want to work at Vital and your salary requirements.
