Digital Marketing Specialist
to support our mission of empowering and inspiring the next generation of action sports athletes. In this role, youll manage and optimize the digital presence of the Boreal Ridge Corporations family of brandsWoodward Tahoe, Boreal Mountain, and Soda Springsincluding websites, CRM platforms, and internal communication tools. This is a year-round, full-time position and a unique opportunity to be part of a small, creative team responsible for executing digital strategies that drive guest engagement and brand loyalty across three resorts. What Youll Be Doing
Website & CRM Management
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to define website and CRM goals and implement strategic improvements. Design, update, and write copy for brand websites and marketing emails. Monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with external partners to maintain smooth technical functionality. Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices. Ensure content across platforms aligns with the brand voice and visual identity. Cross-Team Collaboration & General Marketing
Work closely with the Content Specialist to incorporate photo and video into digital campaigns. Help manage digital signage across resort properties. Assist with internal communications including staff memos and SMS alerts. Represent the brand at local events and in the Woodward booth during special activations. Support marketing safety training and maintain department records with the safety committee. Assist all three brandsBoreal, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springson various digital and marketing-related projects. Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with both indoor office work and outdoor engagement at events and across resort locations. Must be able to occasionally travel off-site and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Qualifications
Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Acoustic, MailChimp, Constant Contact). Basic HTML & CSS understanding. Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt to a brand voice. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator a must). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret web and email performance data. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently. Ability to collaborate across departments and external partners. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality. You make us Woodward.
