We are seeking a visionary Lead UX Designer to shape the future of digital experiences in the construction technology space. This role will lead the design strategy and execution, turning complex workflows and technical data into intuitive, human-centered solutions that deliver measurable value to users. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, leadership, and deep UX expertise to craft experiences that are both functional and inspiring.

Position Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Leadership Own the UX vision across the platform, setting high standards for design excellence

Champion the user in all phases of product development

Shape the product roadmap with a focus on mobile, AI-driven, and field-optimized experiences

User Research & Testing Lead user research, usability testing, and discovery efforts to identify opportunities

Translate insights into actionable design improvements

Design Execution Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation

Build and maintain a scalable design system for UI/UX consistency

Continuous Improvement Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data

Ensure designs meet the needs of complex, data-rich workflows and industrial environments

Prerequisites

5+ years of UX design experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role

Mastery of Figma or similar design/prototyping tools

Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS design expertise

Experience designing for AI-powered features (preferred)

Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Expertise in user research and usability testing methods

Ability to simplify complex workflows for industrial or field-based applications

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group or similar

Design Thinking Certification

AI or data visualization-related certifications

Salary range: $79,500 – $123,400
