The team is hiring an OSP Permit Coordinator to manage permitting processes for outside plant (OSP) construction projects. The role will focus on coordinating with municipalities and agencies, tracking approvals, and ensuring compliance to keep projects moving on schedule.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and regional permitting authorities.
Review engineering drawings and prepare accurate permit applications for submission.
Work closely with engineering and construction teams to address and resolve permitting challenges.
Track the status of permits and provide regular updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission, tracking, and retrieval of permits to align with project schedules.
Contribute to departmental objectives and overall company goals while working independently.
Skills / Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in OSP Engineering or Construction permitting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to proprietary and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to interpret OSP plans and technical specifications.
Successful completion of background check and drug screening required.
