We are working with a leading global travel and hospitality group to recruit a 360° Marketing Manager with experience in the travel or tourism sector (based in Milan) to lead the marketing strategy for the Italian market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy marketing professional with strong PR connections in Milan and proven experience in delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the Italian marketing plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while tailoring to the local market.
Drive online traffic and revenue through digital marketing, SEO, content, and CRM.
Boost brand visibility via partnerships, PR, press events, and fam trips (working closely with a local PR agency).
Oversee digital campaigns, from briefing to KPI monitoring, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Manage local content creation for B2C and B2B channels, adapting global assets to the Italian market.
Manage and mentor one marketing intern.
About you
Mother-tongue level Italian speaker with fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French is an advantage.
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, within travel or tourism sector.
Solid PR experience and network within Milan – able to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Competitive salary (€47k–€53k) paid over 14 months + 10% performance bonus (evaluated every 6 months).
21 days of annual leave + 13 ROL days.
Daily lunch meal vouchers.
90 days of remote work per year.
After one year: 3 stays in company resorts at preferential rates.
