Your Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages across various social media platforms.
Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe and respectful online experience.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior quickly and effectively.
Engage with the online community to foster positive interactions and discussions.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve moderation practices.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a friendly and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong interest in social media and community engagement.
Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
Willingness to relocate to Athens and immerse yourself in the local culture!
