As a SERVPRO Team Edwards Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients about brand benefits. Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in your sales territory through daily marketing calls. Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes. Utilize marketing software to document calls and track all lead activity and opportunities. Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your sales territory. Achieve and exceed sales territory goals to increase revenue. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred. At least two years of direct sales experience. Strong process and results-driven attitude. Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
