Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The Multipin Marketing Manager will lead the global marketing strategy and execution for our connector pin product lines. This role is responsible for driving product visibility, defining go-to-market strategies, and working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product management to ensure our multi-pin solutions align with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple connector pin product lines across various industries (aerospace, automotive, telecom, medical, industrial, etc.) in line with the BU development strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer requirements.
Partner with the BU product managers and engineers to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits.
Create product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Drive product launch campaigns, sales enablement tools, and marketing collateral to support global sales teams.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in global branding and localized campaign effectiveness.
Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and ROI of marketing initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
Represent the voice of the customer and influence future product development roadmaps.
Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications
5+ years of marketing experience in the electronics, interconnect, or components industry.
Strong technical understanding of connector technologies, multi-pin solutions, or related electrical components. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple product lines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
Global mindset and experience supporting international markets.
