Communications Agent
to join our growing team in Charlotte. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of internal and external communications, supporting property operations, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear, professional correspondence. Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal departments. Draft, review, and distribute internal memos and external client communications. Manage email correspondence, follow-up schedules, and status updates on property inquiries. Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and service providers. Assist in organizing client meetings and documenting communications. Maintain confidential records, files, and reports. Provide general support in daily operations and communication workflows. Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in real estate or administrative support is a plus. High attention to detail and commitment to client service. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Benefits
