We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive our Americas market expansion through compelling content creation, sales enablement, and customer-centric messaging. You'll be the bridge between our innovative technology solutions and market success, crafting the stories that help our sales teams win and customers understand our value. This role offers the opportunity to shape product positioning in a dynamic market while working with cutting-edge technology solutions. You'll directly impact revenue growth through strategic content creation and sales team enablement. What You'll Do Strategic Content & Messaging (40%) Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the Americas market needs and business objectives Create compelling value proposition messaging that differentiates our products in competitive landscapes Lead customer use case development that demonstrates real-world ROI and business impact Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and messaging strategies Partner closely with sales leadership to identify content gaps and opportunities Create high-impact sales materials: presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and objection handling guides Develop customer-facing collateral including case studies, solution briefs, and industry-specific one-pagers Provide sales training on new messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation Cross-Functional Collaboration (25%) Work with product teams to translate technical capabilities into market-relevant benefits Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels Support PR and communications teams with product launches, analyst relations, and thought leadership content Partner with customer success teams to develop retention and expansion-focused content What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in technology or SaaS Proven track record of creating sales enablement content that drives measurable results Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize content performance Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with portfolio of successful marketing materials Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding B2B sales cycles Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CMS, and analytics tools Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in payments, fintech, or financial services industry Track record of successful product launches or market entry initiatives Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools MBA or advanced degree in relevant field Key Success Metrics Sales team adoption and usage rates of marketing materials Lead quality and conversion rates from marketing-generated content Sales cycle length and win rate improvements Content engagement metrics and customer feedback scores We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
