Canvass neighborhoods to generate qualified roofing leads Engage with homeowners and schedule appointments Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up Represent Roofing Pups with professionalism and a positive attitude Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Full-time availability required No prior experience needed – training is provided Compensation
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour Commission: $100 for every estimate completed by your assigned sales representative $200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day Monthly Bonus Potential: Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from your leads Benefits
