Overview

Our prestige law firm client is seeking Marketing & Business Development Manager. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will shape go-to-market plans, drive client-facing campaigns, and partner with attorneys to convert opportunities into wins. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with big ideas, flawless execution, and a track record in professional services marketing (law firm or financial services strongly preferred). Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–5+ years

of marketing experience in professional services; law firm or financial services experience strongly preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with

WordPress ,

Canva/Adobe Creative Suite , and

LinkedIn . Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g.,

HubSpot ) a plus. Collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across practice groups. Key Responsibilities

Strategic planning & thought leadership:

Develop practice-level marketing plans; generate ideas for client outreach, events, blogs, and other initiatives. Campaign management:

Plan, launch, and track integrated campaigns (digital, events, sponsorships) against firm and practice goals. Content development:

Coordinate and edit client alerts, newsletters, proposals, RFPs, presentations, website pages, and social posts. Digital marketing:

Steward practice-area web pages, SEO, email marketing, and social channels; ensure timely updates and best practices. Attorney enablement:

Build individual marketing plans; refine bios; prepare credentials, pitch materials, and matter lists. Brand management:

Maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all client-facing materials. Analytics & reporting:

Monitor pipeline activity and campaign metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Vendor management:

Coordinate with designers, PR agencies, and other partners to deliver on time and on brand. Seniority level
