Executive Assistant

to support the

Events and Communications Team . The position is based

on site

in downtown Manhattan. This is an

Manage event vendors such as catering, décor, entertainment, and venues Prepare site visit itineraries and coordinate visits Manage event supply inventory, including ordering of branded items Provide on-site guest list management and registration support Provide general administrative assistance to multiple executives Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook Process invoices and prepare detailed expense reports Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents Maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents Manage general logistics and planning, including coordination of temporary staff Salary: $90-100k per year, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401k Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 5-7 years’ Executive Assistant experience, with preferred background in finance or other professional services Event coordination/hospitality experience, a major plus! Experience with expense management software, such as Concur Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Great eye for detail and sharp proofreader Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
