Marketing and Communications Specialist

provides support for marketing and communication projects, specifically social media initiatives, for the Community Services Department. This is accomplished by developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audiences, and drive traffic to our digital platforms; executing Business Unit internal and external marketing and communications assignments; and providing responsible, professional, and administrative support to the Community Relations Division, Director, and Deputy Directors of Community Services. Responsibilities

Support marketing and communication projects, focusing on social media initiatives for the Community Services Department. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to digital platforms. Execute internal and external marketing and communications assignments for the Business Unit. Provide professional administrative support to the Community Relations Division, Director, and Deputy Directors of Community Services. Qualifications

Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four (4) years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. A positive attitude. Ability to remain

with your schedule (may need to work nights/weekends for programs and events). You
