The Marketing Representative role is to strengthen the organization’s growth and visibility by developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare and community partners. This role focuses on increasing market share through strategic outreach, consistent sales activity, and effective communication, while ensuring compliance with regulations and upholding a high standard of professionalism.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
Implement account development strategies to increase market share with complex referral and payer organizations.
Conduct a minimum of 4 days per week of face-to-face sales calls and community outreach.
Prepare and deliver presentations to organizations where potential clients and referral partners may be influenced.
Make 10–15 customer contacts per business day, with a balance of approximately 50% face-to-face and 50% via phone or virtual communication.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Two (2) years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health care or private duty services required.
Must have strong a strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and sales strategy.
Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree preferred.
Four (4) years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health care or private duty services preferred.
