Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to play a central role in shaping the future of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build products that are valuable, easy to use, and crafted at a high level. You will contribute to high-level strategic decisions and drive transformational experiences for users, focusing on people and simple solutions. Base pay range

Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable experiences for billions of users; drive product strategy and innovation across a large organization Design end-to-end flows that impact large user bases using appropriate prototyping tools Drive design prioritization and execution to maintain team momentum and meet timelines Design new experiences or layouts that improve visual systems Communicate strategic decisions around the future direction of products Solicit and give feedback to continually raise the bar for quality Act as a cross-functional lead accountable for the initiative’s success, coordinating workstream operations when needed Influence and align product direction across multiple organizations and partners Collaborate with others, think creatively, and tackle complex challenges Mentorship and coaching opportunities Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field; minimum 8 years of relevant experience 8+ years of experience building and shipping applications at company-scale, leading end-to-end experiences in large-scale, ambiguous domains Interaction design experience with understanding user needs and scalable interactions; ability to demonstrate with prototyping tools Visual design experience with typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetics Strategic product thinking with experience developing goals, identifying opportunities in global markets, and decisions based on impact Experience presenting work to executives with clear goals and concepts Preferred Qualifications
Leadership demonstrated in non-product areas that strengthen teams and work culture Experience connecting work with company initiatives and driving collaboration Experience thinking through problems and building zero-to-one solutions End-to-end design process across multiple projects with artifacts, iterations, prototypes, and considering scale About Meta
