You will report directly to the CEO who who scaled his last company from $0-$300M+ ARR in 7 years. The Role
We’re bringing on our second AEs to sell directly to C-level executives and Heads of Marketing. You’ll own the full sales cycle, work closely with our Founder/CEO, and help shape how we go to market. If you’ve sold to tech companies or execs before – and you’re energized by short cycles, high-volume deals, and building from zero – this is for you. Requirements:
In-person 5x a week in Palo Alto office Must be within 40m max commute At least 5+ yrs experience in Account Executive roles What You’ll Do
Own the full sales process: lead qualification, discovery, pitching, closing, and handoff Sell to founders, execs, and VC-backed startups – across B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, and more Collaborate with the CEO and marketing on messaging, collateral, and pitch refinement Track pipeline in HubSpot and report clearly on performance and learnings You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve sold a SaaS or services product in the $15K–$100K ACV range You’ve closed deals with founders, execs, or VCs – you understand their mindset Have consistently hit or exceeded your quota Compensation:
$120K base / $240K OTE $2.5K monthly ramp support through rest of 2025 $1M Quota to hit $240K OTE Uncapped commission with kickers Stock Options / Equity
